There are only two weeks left until the official launch of my debut album Rest!

I and my team are excitedly counting down the days – and putting the finishing touches to the plan!  We want to make it a night to remember –  so there will be lots to look forward to!

It is with great pleasure to announce that supporting me on the evening will be  singer/song writer Hannah Uzor – a talented and anointed worshiper who released her debut EP entitled ‘Your Way’ in October!

Who is Hannah Uzor?

Zambian born, London based Singer Song Writer, Hannah Uzor grew up singing hymns and listening to the music of South African greats such as Lucky Dube, Mariam Makeba, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Rebecca Malope and Brenda Fassie. Christian contemporary musicians such as Nicole C Mullen, Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin and Jazz artists the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone and Sarah Vaughan) have also played a significant role in influencing Hannah.

Hannah-Uzor-Launch Day 5

Hannah is the second of four siblings. She began writing songs at a young age and was part of several school and college choirs whilst in Zambia. She also began singing her songs as a duo with her eldest sister before they both joined a musical group called Royal Melodies.  Hannah left for the UK before the launch of the Royal Melodies album.

Shortly after leaving Zambia for the UK, Hannah joined Jesus House Church (London) were she later met her husband. They were both part of the Vision youth choir and later a young adult ministry called Expressions of Praise. She is among the Worship Leaders at Jesus House Church London were she serves with her Husband. They have a son.
